Uathlochans orienteering. Very enjoyable but very tired in the legs unsurprisingly.
Know the area quite well but still got a lot out of it, especially windows. Need a new compass, and then need to learn how to improve taking bearings...

Hanging about 11.5 km. A good 3.5 hours with all the faff as no sites tagged and quite vague in the contours (and gloomy!)

Collecting about 7.5km. Nice bit of night o.

A very rewarding day and everyone seemed to have a great time.

Still bored of the cold in the air and in my head! About -4 for this and cheeks hurting.
Bit slippy and still sniffling so just moorhen round and ran a bit harder when I was more confident of staying upright.
Need to shift this cold still, though the sore throat now gone.
