Short 45 minute training run using MapRun in the West Village. The navigation on this run will be super basic. Its more about getting a run in while holding a map for now. Will see who (if anyone) comes and then maybe make the navigation harder in later versions. Ill bring the maps. I ran the course yesterday and its a bit like frogger with all the traffic so come prepared to be patient at lights! Pre-registration required at the link below to guarantee a map. Meet at 7pm at the Washington Square fountain.
