Mapping/Course notes:
The scale is 1:1000, except for White which is 1:5000. The contour
interval is 3m, so reality is not as steep as it looks on the map. (Not nearly as steep as East Fork or Camp Friedlander.)
Many of the hiking trails have not been used much the past few years,
so they might not be very apparent in white-mapped areas, except
possibly by blazing on the trees. The blazing, in some cases, is only
in one direction. There has been active logging lately and many new
logging roads are continually appearing: don’t be surprised if not all
of them are mapped.
