The 2016 Xmas 5 Day series of Orienteering events will be contested in the Newcastle and Cessnock areas of NSW.

Due to the hotter summer conditions, expected winning times are shortened and events start earlier in the morning - except Day 1 which starts late afternoon.

Winners will be those with the best 4 out of 5 event results.

3 Mountain Bike Orienteering (MTBO) events will be offered for those with excess energy or those only wanting to do some bike orienteering.
