Saturday 9 July is the date for the third one-day adventure race in the 2016 Questars Adventure Race Series. A new part of The Chilterns will be used for this adventure race - one that's not been used before.
In the past the Chilterns adventure race has been held in the north eastern part of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty around Tring, but for 2016 this event will be based at the other end of this 70 km line of chalk hills; in the south western part of The Chilterns situated to the north of Reading.
The event is based from Highdown School - a brand new venue with modern facilities and plenty of space - which provides great access to some super areas for both mountain biking and trail running. It is within easy reach of Reading railway station making it easily accessible to anyone travelling by train. So join us as we seek out the best trail running, mountain biking and kayaking for you, that this beautiful part of the country has to offer.
