On Day 1, the event offers you the chance of orienteering within the narrow streets of the Ankara citadel where the ancient Galatians and Romans once lived. After a typical Turkish Kebab lunch (vegetarians will also be catered for) you will visit the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations just by the Citadel. The museum was selected "European Museum of the Year" in 1997 with its unique collection of gold, silver, glass, marble and bronze works dating back as far as the second half of the first millennium BC.
The same night, you will take part in the Night-O event within the campus of the university. Don't forget to bring your headlamps!
Day 2 will take you to the hills beyond the campus, where you will orienteer in a terrain ranging from pine forests to barren and rocky Anatolian steppes.
