Course setting workshop - presentation / review of course setting guidelines intermixed with small group discussion and activities. Then, set courses right there in Lakeside Park, and train on each others' courses, give feedback. Also, you may just show up for the training and do the 2 preset sprint courses + any of the courses created from the workshop.
