This year you have the option of doing the Scout Orienteering
Festival Score-O course, the Map Hike Course (White-Yellow
level) or the 6.3 KM 210 meters of climb red course or a
green course 4.3 KM with 110 meters of climb (similar to the
red course but not as long). If 6.3 hilly kilometers is too
long feel free to skip a few controls or modify the course as
desired.

I have pre-printed 35 red course maps and 15 green course maps.

Start Window is 9 AM to 10:30 AM

If all the pre-printed maps are gone take a festival map and red
course clue sheet and draw lines between the course controls as
indicated on the master map. (Festival maps have the control
descriptions on the back.) A limited number of red and green
course maps are available in the box on the club table.

The event is designed to be a self serve style event. You will
be timing yourself so you can start at any time. Just remember
marker pick up begins at 12:15 pm.

The cost for the event is $5 per person. Just put you money in
the money can on the table. Fill out the punch card and leave
the stub in the shoebox. When you return write your time on
your stub and leave the stub in the shoebox.
