Am targeting a 5.30 (ish!) start from work with route a variant of this one through Carse/Safari Park/doune/Dunblane.

Might head back a shorter way at the end (maybe over the pipe bridge we used on Thursday) depending on how much I am struggling by then!
(Incentive to start in good time as if I start late it will be dark and I will have to run back the longer way to stay under street lights!)
Don't know if you have a plan already but you (and Rosco) are welcome to join if you can get here by then - or you could start later and run the other way to meet me?
