Teams of three will once again race through the trails and terrain surrounding Hamilton, Ontario (aka the Hammer). Our race directors have designed some awesome, challenging and interesting race stages. What can teams expect?

- King of the Mountain competition! Polka dot jersey anyone? Get your team up the hills the fastest and go home with a great prize pack.

- Waterfall Selfie CP! - No need to use the SI at this stunning waterfall checkpoint. Just grab the camera at the CP, take a team selfieā€¦ and carry on.

- The Milton Toyota Matrix and Rav4 Challenge! - The race will end with our famous matrix section where teams can split up to navigate to a set of checkpoints. The Rav4 portion of this challenge will remain a mystery for now but we will be posting photos of our two awesome Milton Toyota Rav4 "ARK-mobiles" on our Facebook page to give you some clues.

- The Domestique Coffee Break! - Our friends from Domestique Cafe in Dundas are providing the coffee at the aid station in the Full Raid this year. With a minimum $20/team donation to our Adventure Running X program for teens we will pre-order three coffees to be delivered to the aid station. Don't think you'll have time to finish your drink? Don't worry - teams will be required to take a timed 'coffee break' at the aid station to socialize and strategize the next section of the race. Strategize? Yup the maps for the 2nd part of the Full Raid course will be distributed at the aid station during the 'coffee break'.

- Drawn and Quartered! - 200 years ago, the town of Ancaster was the location of the Bloody Assize. What is that you ask? Check out the deets.

This bloody stage has nothing to do with the fact that nn American team won last year's RTH. Seriously it doesn't heh heh heh! :-) We are going with this theme in this stage of the race. Details will be on our Facebook page closer to the race date.

- And much more....
