I'm reading through the 46-page event notes, and the only time I see for packet pickup is Friday 10am-5:30pm. I won't be arriving to Whistler until well after that.

There's a remote arena on Saturday; will packet pickup be there, too?

Yep - jump on the bus & head to the arena for package pickup

I concur! the event notes are great. I also arrived too late to pick up my package, but you guys had a note up promptly on the COC website about picking up packages at the arena. Much appreciated!
