Seven-digit cards starting with 9 are SI-11s, the new stick that flashes as you leave the control.

You might fire up SI-Boot and see if you have the latest version, and then write "directly" to your master unit to make sure it's the latest firmware. Be sure to switch back to "remotely" before you upgrade any controls through the coupling stick.

Probably the easiest check is just to fire up the master with a "Service Off" stick, and wait for the firmware version to display on the screen. I think 580 is current.

Okay, that may be it. I'm not sure the problem is with the controls and download box it may be with the SI Simple program. I could read all the controls he hit just fine using SI software on the download box. SI Simple did not download an SI-11 card. The SI Simple diagnostics showed only SI-6 and SI-8 being downloaded. I thinking that's why it did not even show the splits for that finger stick. It may not have know what to do with it.

Thanks for the info about it being a SI-11 card. I will keep digging now that I know that.
