Has anybody seen the B final results anywhere? It annoys me that they don't appear to exist online any more than they did at the event itself--particularly since those were the two races (especially the Long) in which I sucked the least!

By the way, our Mount Fuji expedition (consisting of myself, Boris, Erin, Pavlina, Samantha, Pam James and our Dutch friend Lieke) was quite successful, despite the presence of cloudiness that significantly reduced visibility from the summit shortly after we arrived there. It's quite amazing to me that we saw the sunrise of the 16th from the summit of Mount Fuji, while now I'm at home in Reno--and it's still the 16th, and with plenty of daylight left!

Dan, I believe you are looking for the Public Competition results which are below the WOC results on the same page:
WOC results
I see you did 1:23:57 in the Men-B on August 12, the same day as the Long Final.

This will get you to the middle B final results and splits, and the long B final results and splits.

Yesterday I looked through all the public race photos that had been posted but I didn't see anyone I recognized in those (there are far fewe pics of the public races).

Thanks very much! It's odd that the results of those races are listed that way, as the races were organized as part of WOC rather than as part of the public competitions. But at least I'm happy to see them!

I think they were originally intended to be part of the WOC, but the IOF axed them at the last minute. The local organizers made the cool move of holding them anyway, under the umbrella of their own public event.

Well even if you dident run a qual. you could sign upp so thats probably why thay put it under public events... (even if it was only for team runners)
