Copying the posts below over separately from the Pig thread... The posts implies that uniforms can be ordered by WMOC and WRC participants. If this is correct, where can I find the details?

From Charlie Bleau: Apologies for the thread hijack.

The initial orders are in for the TeamUSA uniforms for the Seniors, Juniors, Trail-O, ARDF and Deaf-O. The sizing kit will be at the Flying Pig and Sunday morning is the final deadline for sizes. The sizing kit will be available to try at the meet on Saturday and at the dinner on Saturday night.

Final details TBD.

For those hoping to order uniforms for MTBO, Military-O, WUOC, WMOC or WRC, please make an effort to determine your size. The order for these will go in on May 31 for delivery July 31.

Can somebody tell us what is the true feel of the size - should we go size up, size down, or stay with our usual size?

Thanks, Valerie. Details regarding the May 31 order will be forthcoming once the March 31 order is completely settled.

Does OUSA provide free uniforms for its WOC, JWOC and WUOC teams or are all the costs paid by the athletes themselves?

EChild:
There's a subsidy. We have to pay, but the prices are greatly reduced.

The Junior team has $400 in its budget for uniforms, i.e., $17/person for a required kit costing $200. Thankfully a team member successfully approached a sponsor to pick up half the cost for the team, and we are still looking for another. We are grateful to Lemac Packaging for their support!

Socks are important!

I understood that the socks were only a required item if you chose to run in 3/4 length pants, as opposed to full-length.

What each team has as required is different, just in case people are getting confused in the above...
