Hello all,
As we prepare the event site, we would like to know who may be interested in staying at one of the campsites or one of the A-Frames at Lake Frederick.
A-Frames: $35 a night.
1. "Family"- max capacity 6 people. A-frame cabins with 6 army bunk beds, a 10 cu. ft. refrigerator, kitchen table/chairs, outdoor grill and picnic table.

2. "Scout"- max capacity 15 people. A-frame cabins with 15 army bunk beds, limited 110-volt receptacles inside and 30 amp RV plug outside, outdoor grill and two picnic tables.

Tent Campsites: $25 a night. Max capacity 25 campers.
No amenities, water or electric. Some sites have campfire rings and picnic tables.

More information is available here: http://www.westpointmwr.com/outdoor/frederick.htm

Reply if you will be staying in any of these amenities! Thank you!

I'll most probably be camping, but conceivably doing an A-frame depending on who I'm traveling with.

Thank you for your responses! We are currently working on pricing and reservation logistics. We may be presenting individual bunks for rent as well within the A-Frames. This will be available within the registration process online, which will be up within the next few days. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Please direct emails to samuel.thompson@usma.edu. Thank you!

How many of each A-frame are available?

Our plans have been finalized, and individual bunks will be available for $5.00 per night. Unfortunately, individuals or group will not be able to rent entire A-Frames. However, if you were interested in renting an A-Frame for your family or group, you will simply reserve however many beds you need for Friday and/or Saturday night when you register for the meet. Please mention in your registration remarks that you would like your group to bunk together and we will be sure to reserve beds all the same cabin together.

Tent camping sites are still available as well! These are larger campsites, with capacities of 25 campers. The option to reserve one of these for $25 a night for Friday and/or Saturday will be available on the registration page as soon as it is up.

If you have any questions about A-Frames or camping sites, please direct your emails to the Asst. Meet Director at samuel.thompson@usma.edu.

Additionally, the Junior team will be selling sandwiches on Saturday at the meet. The price will be $5.00 each, and Turkey, Ham & Cheese, and Vegetarian options will be available. The option to denote how many of each you would like to order will be available on the registration page!

Thank you all for your patience and cooperation! We sincerely look forward to seeing everyone in a few months for a great meet.
Again, if you have any questions about registration or other details, please contact me at patrick.richardson@usma.edu.
