Do you work part time or something?? How come you get all this time to do lunchtime runs?? I only manage 1 per week and inc. shower & lunch it takes about 2hrs. This kills my weekly 36hrs I have to work. How do you manage it???

Ha, just got to be organised! Leave my desk about 12.05pm then out ready to run in just over 5mins. Sessions start at 12.30pm sharp (I'm the coach!) so generally done and back to work about 1.20pm, earlier if just a steady run. 10mins to get showered and back up to my desk and job done! Flexi time helps of course. Only have to work a 35 hour week though so not as tough a life as you council workers! ;-)

I used to only have an hours lunch break but managed a 50mins run every day. You need to be super efficient and eat lunch while working.
