You've picked up the pace pretty quickly. From reading your log the one thing I'd encourage you to do is consider what else you can do to address the ongoing problems with your calves. Maybe become more rigorous with your stretching? Consider again if you can get your longer runs off road and onto trail. Victoria park and Hackney downs are both pretty close and might be worth exploring to see if if they have trails around them. If you can sort out the calves there will be no holding you back.

Thanks Eoin. Calves are indeed still tricky... Think partly knowing when to rest is important as well. Some of it may be down to fatigue.... At least there is no numbness like 2 years ago
