Mark, was having awful trouble with calf tightness over the summer and have resolved it with stretching and the use of sleeves for hard sessions and recovery afterwards. Decathlon have good ones for about 18 quid. Stretching is key too.....I find foam rollering a real relief. they still get tight, but it's managed with these efforts.

Hi thanks a lot, I've been doing loads of stretching of it over the past 5 days and the stiffness has almost vanished. I have foam rolled before when I was getting knee problems but those seem to have disappeared with time. I bet that was amazing I'm so jealous!
