I have mixed feelings about this. Some parts were hilarious (purple drink!) and it seems very honest, but wow, he seems really miserable. I hope I never end up running because I hate myself that much.

I can relate to the "go for a run vs doing the housework" scenario...and will agree that the things about which I worry or feel bad generally don't follow me on a run; the negative thoughts can't keep up :)

(Also, some of his cartoons about cats are hilarious. And some are rather weird and slightly disturbing.)
