we know you are great on the UPS. It's coming DOWN Kilimanjaro where we worry about you. I do the following treadmill workout - the warmup is to start walking at 4.2mph (just about my max. without looking really silly). Leave the treadmill setting on TIME and every minute, reduce the speed 1/10th and increase the incline 1degree. So after 16 minutes, you've finished 15 degrees and very warmed up for what ever other stuff (speed) you want to do.

That sounds awesome - I would so love to know how to paraglide and sign up for that!!

I am trying to go with the fitness plan developed for me but we're still working out the kinks. My fitness is really uneven - I'm way ahead of the game for walking on the treadmill, but my overall upper body strength is not very good. Some of the workouts are a piece of cake, others not so much. I'll talk to the guy in a week or so after going through two cycles of all the workouts and modify a bunch. I also don't want to overdo things and get injured.

But I think I am signing up for 24 hours for the CNYO rogaine which is almost certainly overdoing things. :)
