Anyone get the latest version of Run For Your Life?

I'm interested in David Osmond’s Achilles Cure -can someone scan this or tell me what it is?

Something about backwards downhill intervals?

I dont have a copy, but I read it obviously. The website address is: www.runforyourlife.com.au

You can buy issues but unfortunately not view any of it. The article isnt the most exciting but its worth a read i guess. Hopefully one of the many aussies that have the mag will be able to scan the page and send it.

Tried it last night on the Mt Alexander road. Just started running forward instead of backward whenever I heard a vehicle approaching.
