Hi USKiwi,

Sorry if this is an obvious question but I notice you split intensity levels in a single activity. How do you work this out?

Cheers,
Jeremy

I always use the Garmin Transfer option to upload my activities and (almost) always use my HR monitor, so AP bases the intensity levels on my HR zones. Otherwise I have no idea really what intensity I'm working at.

Ah, I see. That sounds like the more accurate way of working it out. What model do you use?

Recently upgraded to the 610. Was using the 405CX up until Xmas. Both do the job well, but the 610 has a touch screen instead of touch bezel, which works better especially in the rain. Both upload and download a heap of data though. One of my favourite features at the moment is downloading my training plan to the watch, so it tells me what to do, intervals, HR zones, time, distance etc.

Cheers- I'm thinking of getting one (I like data) but am not sure how useful it will be for someone of my standard. Hope to see you at the next Park Race!
