Not only are you the quintessential volunteer but now you are making me feel like a slacker at 10 hours a week. You are scaring the rest of us with these training volumes or at least making me wonder how I mismanage my schedule to only have the aforemetnioned time to train. Are you building towards some specific goal?

Hi Rich, well, the Boot Camp sessions add hours I would never have done otherwise. I tend to slack off in July and didn't want to go into the August events totally out of shape.
You turned into a real animal. Keep up the great training!
