Earlier this week, there was a massive natural gas explosion at the Country Club Plaza that, sadly, claimed one life and disintegrated a building.
However, this shouldn't change the access to the upcoming 'Hood Hunt in two weeks, as this building was 50m west of the edge of the map, and 100m from the nearest checkpoint. The start/finish location is about 1km to the east of the building.
Looking east. The 'Hood Hunt map area is across the street (north-south) shown in the upper part of this photo.
