Canada's Greatest Know it All went orienteering this week for their challenge on the Discovery Channel.

Three of GHO's Attackpointers (Pathetic, Bender and Getawaystix) set a great set of challenges for the teams at Canterbury Hills near Hamilton.

Last week about 15 of our Adventure Running X athletes took to the icy ravines of Canterbury Hills to see if they could beat the time of Canada's Greatest Know It All from the TV show.
