Join DVOA this Memorial Day Weekend for a full weekend of orienteering at Hickory Run State Park!
Start the weekend with the annual Vice President’s Cup relay on Saturday, May 25. Fun for beginners and advanced orienteers alike, the mass start format will provide many photo and spectating opportunities. Run with your friends and family, or join one of many ad hoc teams on the day of the event. The race will be followed by the annual DVOA picnic.
Plan to camp, bring your flashlights, and enjoy the night orienteering courses on Saturday evening!
For the grand finale of the weekend, take on the challenge of the Hickory Run Rogaine on the Hickory Run Shades of Death Map, either in the 3-hour or the 6-hour category.
