Is this to be considered part of your Tiomila-preparation?

Yes, of course. And soon I'll change to pytt-i-panna & köttbullar med moss diet. I am aiming for good performance, I am not going to make any compromises.

If we will go for O week in Italy 2007 as we are planning, I guess there will be lots of pizza, lasagne and wine. And opera.

if you are coaching team DVOA for Jukola, isn't it about time to introduce some Aleksis Kivi litterature? Or mämmi, it's helthy and laxative.

Are you going to Italy this summer? So are we - 5 Days in beginning of July - it would be great to see you there (and at Tiomila & Jukola, of course).
I´ve heard about memma before, but never tried it...
Aleksis Kivi? Yes I guess I have acquired a little background knowledge about the seven brothers (Sju bröder) over the years. Do you know of any good source in English?

That's the plan, Trento 5 days. But let's see, it is not sure yet. Never been to Italy, no idea what it is like there. Some serious sphagetti contours I hope.

Finnish version can be downloaded from the web, but I don't think there is English translation available for free.

sphagetti contours

...and definitely 'spaghetti legs' after running in the Italian mountains!
