I used to go up and down this every day both biking and running. In high school, we called the hill up to Mile 0, Cardiac Hill. After college, I scarcely thought it climbed at all but I'm back to thinking it's a hill again.
I didn't mention that I had to stop twice going up... Pulled off the trail, regrouped, and pushed ahead again. But I was pleased with the fact that I didn't have to walk any hills today.
