As of this minute, the men's sizes are 9, 9.5, 10, and 10.5. The women's sizes are 8.5 and 9.5.

Are those actual Inov8 sizes or converted-to-US sizes?

As I found out with the Born to Run sale, that distinction matters -- a LOT.

They have marks in US/UK/cm. As for the feel, I'd say their US sizes are pretty close to the standard. At least all the pairs I bought, felt true to the size marked.
