I've been observing this description for quite a while. Just exactly what are you doing?
abs is abbreviation for an exercise in which you lift your shoulders and legs off the floor at the same time, bending your knees toward your chest, only your butt is on the floor. I add a 10lb weight to my chest.
bplank is Back plank, only heels and elbows on the flloor, intermittently I lift one heel (makes it much harder), try to hold for 30-40seconds.
toes are toe lifts/ eccentric drops, ball of foot on a stair. If there are 2 numbers it means I did two legged and one legged lifts.
I also do a hurdlers type stretch, although recent research seems to discount stretching, I think it keeps my hams and calves stretched out which relieves tension on my achilles, which are my chronic weakness.
None of this is counted in my 10 minutes, which is the time spent on the rowing machine.
