I checked my splits against last Feb.'s times and I was faster this time. I was 7:25 and 7:33 with an HR around 182. I think my HR was a little bit higher than that this time, probably avg around 183 or 184.
It's difficult to compare using HR. Obviously if your HR is higher, then you can go faster. Plus therr are things like weather and rest which can change it just a few beats.
But hey, maybe we're getting fitter too!
