I prescribe to the whole don't-run-without-breakfast philosophy, but I think it's important to remember that you don't need to eat *much*. Because otherwise you get stomach cramps. You could drink some OJ or eat a banana or something, and that'll get you through a morning run of decent intensity. Of course, for an easy jog, not much is needed, I feel like if the purpose of the run is to just move some blood around, doesn't matter where your fuel is coming from.
