Yep... thats why it hurt so much, before that injury this likely would not have hurt much.

Where the hell are the 400s?

agree with JM-dog here -- there appears to be a serious lack of intervals in this log recently... please don't look in our logs though :D

Touche. but to be fair, if I have to sacrifice some intervals in order to do some orienteering while being on the "all terrain is good" high, so be it.

btw. did some killer 1200s. You think you'll be up for it? Time to beat is 19minutes. Felt like a Kipgebr today.

We'll see, my best ever was two weeks before last years sunrun, where I was doing 3:48s. Don't think I'm in that kind of shape right now.

What is the workout for Thursday?

15x400 would be fun, but I'm not sure how much fast stuff you need for your marathon?

jmnipen:
seriously, if you do 15 of them you wont be able to do them fast either way. Ill try to put in 2 minutes of breaks. I think that should work. but you know what they say, marathon come and they go. So im not worried about that.

true, but you know what they also say: marathons are under, but further.

That doesnt even make any sense!
