Oh, this sucks. Good thing nothing is broken. Of course it is still frustrating like this, but at least it will heal back to normal. Try this:

1. Rest.
2. Drink Bubble Tea.
3. Try to enjoy the beutiful Vancouver spring (I would).

Oh no! Looking at the orienteers around, seems like bad ankle sprains are injuries waiting to happen. Scary. And the timing sucks :( Good luck with the recovery. I support the bubble tea prescription!

Have never sprained my ankle in all my years of orienteering... now I feel like I will be super cautious and scared because of it.
Don't worry I have had some bubble tea, but can't have too much now that I cannot exercise very well. The weather has been super, but not being able to run in it feels like a waste.
Hi Jenny - I know you have another important job right now :) but you will be missed!
