The day before the Swedish Sprint Champs (which took place today), first year senior Martin Johansson said he was going to win. And he backed up his bold declaration in full, winning easily with a four second margin (really anything more than a second or two faster is wasted effort.) Possibly he derived an unbeatable edge from a specially designed formula pre-race breakfast consisting of chilled tangerine segments soaked overnight in a balanced solution of lemon and lime juices for extra ZOWiness. It is not known whether or not he raced in shades, in the style of many Blues greats, but he might have.

How would a pre-race meal of ceviche be expected to serve an audacious orienteer?

Not sure my stomach could handle it, but I've heard of a potent "hydration" formula from the ceviche juice. I think it was called tigers milk. Fish juice, lemon, and peppers. That'll get you moving.
