Golf season is almost over. And my right shoulder has benefited from the physical therapy. So I'm intending to return to my basement machines next week. I'm hoping to set some new PR's this winter, and row in the CrashB-like sprints here in Chicago in February. Will you two be competing too?

Not in Crash-B I'm pretty sure. It will be interesting to see if I can do as well as last year. By comparison, my shoulders are much more healthy, and my R hamstring pain is much better. Not sure how much trouble the sore wrist will be. Anyway, I intend to start slowly. I think Crossfit has been pretty good for me.
