I had one of *those* days too.
Made a spectacular dive when roller-skiing in the dark (with head-lamp) when I didn´t see a rough part on the road. Five minutes later I broke a pole... :(
Oh jeez, yeah, chaos sometimes happens too much all-at-once!!! Mmmm. Thanksgiving! Asparagus leftovers totally critical for between-training recoveries =)
