your triceps were tired, you worked them three days in a row..the last motion on the bench press is to extend your arms, which works the triceps. why not do biceps with back (most of those exercises also work the biceps not triceps) in between to give your triceps a day off? I'm certainly not an expert--I haven't seen any particular studies on this--but it seems reasonable.

yes, you're definitely right. I was trying to workout with Giovanni but I couldn't go with him one time so I got off his schedule and went by myself. That ended up with me doing too much triceps in a row, which is why I was very weak. His schedule had an extra day off in there. I'm trying to keep going with him so I keep on his schedule. But he's not married so he can go at any hour, we'll see if I can keep it up! :)
