Apparently your trotting is way faster than my running - well done!
I managed to survive my 15.6 km last leg - ran it in 2:53, which is just under the 3 hours I had allowed myself. Could have done maybe 5-10 minutes better with a perfect race, but I had no major mistakes (2-3 minutes total maybe) and only a few hesitations on top of that.
I really liked the terrain and the map and had a good orienteering flow throughout the course.
