there are certainly times when I feel like I really need the stuff, but lately I have been resisting without too much trouble. I was in the store yesterday and didn't even go down that aisle. Sometimes I go look at the Ben & Jerry's display for a while just to think about it, and sometimes that is enough, although some other times I end up with several containers in my basket.
