I gave up coffee at Xmas. Happy to cut it off. Of course, still have a diet coke in the morning, but that doesn't count... . Good luck with your effort.
2 weeks now, and I drink starbucks decafe in the AM and I don't miss it anymore either just a habit, but without the caffiene part. I seem to yawn more in the afternoon and don't recover so qucikly from a few beers. No coke or power gels or anything either. Now I will have to see if I have my weekly
