I don't see any leg exercises in that workout. Shouldn't you be doing that to fix your knee?
nah, those don't really help knees, especially when the problem is very likely cartilage or ligament. They only help you recover if you have taken time off and your muscles are weak. but I have not taken time off, i've been playing lots of soccer and football (which is probably the problem), so my legs are actually in great shape. of course, perhaps i should do exercises in the gym instead of soccer or football, but i'm not going to do that... :)
