Discussion: US Interscholastic and Intercollegiate Champs

The Bay Area Orienteering Club invites all orienteers to the "O in the Oaks 2011 A-Meet" on the weekend of April 15, 16 & 17. During this weekend of orienteering we are proud to host the "United States Interscholastic Championships" and the "United States Intercollegiate Championships". There will be three A-meet days plus a super array of activities that will immerse you in fun and friendly competition. Just a reminder to check out the web site for the multitude of activities that are available at the IS and IC Champs this April. Tons of fun. Most of the action is centered around the Casa de Fruta Orchard Resort, where camping is also available. Casa de Fruta is 14 miles west of Pacheco Pass Park, so it is recommended that people camp at Casa de Fruta or book a motel in the Gilroy area. In the last meet at Pacheco many of us booked motels east of the Pass, but this year it will be more convenient to stay to the west.
