The DCR (the agency that manages the Middlesex Fells and other state parks) is holding a public meeting on its "resource management plan". It would be great to have orienteers attend. NEOC recently received a letter stating that DCR plans to enforce the rule against non-permitted off-trail activity in the Fells, which would affect (at a minimum) informal orienteering training. It is a good idea for orienteers to advocate for land access.
