Hey all,

I got a new 305 last week and I love it. However, something weird is happening. Yesterday I trained and it lost the session entirely, it wasn't present on the unit or when I downloaded. Today, it recorded my session, but it's convinced that it's yesterday. Any ideas?

Sounds like you have been travelling with the Doctor in his Tardis.

The only thing I can see is that in your track for....today? I'm having dateline issues, you Americans are too far behind. :) Anyway, your run on the 7th - you have a split recorded 1.6s after the start, then your run starts and off you go.

So maybe you hit the start button twice on the 6th, which gave you a very short track that crashed the FF plugin (zero distance would cause a divide-by-zero error when calculating min/mile?), then when you headed out on the 7th the 305 thought you were continuing the previous track - hence saying this run was actually on the 6th.

Bit of a long bow to draw from not very much data, but to me it sounds like something a Garmin is capable of doing. I have an unholy love for my 305 as well, but I'm under no illusions as to Garmin's ability to write software. :)

I had one last week where I had the garmin on just to watch my heart rate, never pressed start, didn't record anything and turned off the watch. The next time I used it I did the usual, but thought it didn't record. Instead it recorded using the previous date... so something similar to what Juffy suggests.
