Discussion: Run before the Champs?

Hi all, short notice, but I was thinking of going for an easy run somewhere in the maze vicinity before the Champs this afternoon and would love company. The default is Mt.Tom if I can't think of anything else. Let me know (and my pace really will be *very* easy).
