Simon Beck is British, he was very good back in the day...

...but I mainly wanted to say that I just read your full proposal for the dead-running splitting method on the routegadget. When I first heard about the idea I wasn't keen, but the method of it has changed a little and I think it is a really good idea.

If I can, I'll try and organise a training session with dead-running in it to see how it goes this winter.

Thanks. Good to hear somebody finds it intresting. The idea - or the way how those delays should be implemented - has been evolving for about five years or more. I think it's pretty good as it is now, certanly much better and more matured than two-three yeas ago.

I have been working with it enough now. I have decided to not work on promoting it much, others should evaluate is it any good and bring it up. There is enough individuals in O community pushing forward their own ideas. And I am not an elite athlete after all, how could I tell is it any good or not. So it's kind of up to O community now what will happen and when - if ever anything happens.
