Discussion: Annual Team Meeting

The Annual Team Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at the US Champs in EMPO-land. Time will be 5-6pm in the afternoon, at the Queensbury Hotel. Please plan on attending. Agenda items will include:
Election of new ESC members, Review of JWOC, WUOC and WOC results, Training camp schedule, uniform update,
plus a few things that will pop up between now and then.
This should be a fantastic meet especially if you can manage to tie it in with the Hamilton event on the weekend prior. Don't forget about the Sprint Series Final on Friday, courses being set by WOC Finalists Sandra Zurcher and Samantha Saeger...2 sprints for $15...you can't beat that!

Linda, I would really like to be at this team meeting but I have also been requested to attend the board meeting, I can see if I can get out of the board meeting but please be kind to those of us that need or want to do both meetings when planning the time and I would be great if it could be either at the Event center or close by.

I'd like to go to the board meeting as well.

I don't think a time has been set for the BOD meeting as yet...when they do set a time I will try to avoid a conflict.
