Discussion: training afternoons?

hey guys i was just wondering what your opinion would be if we got together a few afternoons over the next 6 weeks before S.A to do some running training or something like that?

i can do thursday. i'll have to leave my maths tutorial a little early maybe but my tutor is malcolm so he'll understand :P

Gah! I just realised, i will probably most definately not be able to make it by 4pm as school only finishes at 3:30. AND mum said she likes to go to the gym on wednesdays so i don't think she'd like to take me. So i may not be there this week, i'll have figured it out by the week after though. Have fun though :)

Oh im at the stones gig as well (shall see you there angus!). Keen for week after when my shoes arrive.

ps i think (when it does go ahead) Rhi will be catching the train to hamilton station and i will pick her up and drive us into glendale from there (i finish up work at 4, so shall prolly be closer to 4.15ish by the time we get there), anyone else is free to join the hamilton to glendale shuttle service if they want!

I was thinking i might be able to organise some bush ints at Brush Creek next week if anyone is interested? Light could be an issue though.

yeah but theres still plenty of light up until 6. and an hour and a half should be plenty of time!

hey josh, last time i was out at brush creek one section of forest had just had a fire and was ridiculously fast for newcastle standards. not sure what it would be like now, but it was sort of the section of bush right in front of you (and maybe a bit to the right) when you come in along the road from next to the tafe. usually where we start i think. hopefully i remembered correctly :P

i think we should all meet at Glendon Cresent at 4:15 unless jr says otherwise assuming the bush ints are still on. then from there if they aren't we can decide to either do a terrain run, terrain hills or go to the track. thoughts?

Sorry bout bein awol guys. Not sure you will get a chance to read this at this late stage. Having trouble sourcing maps for everyone for the proper navigation ints i had in mind but was thinking something along the lines of terrain ints instead. Glendon Cresent meeting at 4.15 sounds good and we can decide what to do from there
