Ken,

Looks like time for some Attackpoint progression :) After heated and heartfull discussion about our juniors looks like we need coaching tool to help during the training process.

As suggestions:
1. Ability to specify belonging to one or more groups (USA Senior Team, USA Junior Team, My Own Club Team).
2. Ability for selected people (whom participant should be able to select him/her-self) to add comments and reccomendations to personal records.
3. Training planning aka. plan vs. actual with coaches from 2 above being able to enter planning.

We appreciate your work for O community - Attackpoint is a wonderful tool.

Cheers,
Sergey

I for one think Sergey's ideas are great, and not just for Juniors too. Especially the idea of allowing others to comment on training and make recommendations or suggestions!

I agree with Sergey that Attackpoint is a wonderful tool. Kenny did a great job putting it together.

Attackpoint can be used "as is" to work as a coaching tool. You can use the "add comment" function to describe your plan. The "discussion" area works for asking questions about training . If you've got a coach, they can send you email with comments.

I don't think an open forum is the best way to provide coaching. Coaching can require some frank discussion that isn't the sort of thing best done in public.

I agree that coaching is one-on-one experience and involves elements of trust. Therefore the system should provide for confidentiality. Coachs' comments should not be visible to all - only to the one they are addressed. That is why ##2 and 3. Exposing planning and execution to all may be beneficial - would motivate to stick to the plan :)
Anyway, we all can benefit from these proposed changes. I am not sure if Kenny has time to implement them though :( He even can start thinking to commercialize the system and start charging small fee :) Thank you Kenny!
